Who we are and why we care
HealthSherpa is a website that agents use to help their customers find affordable health coverage through HealthCare.gov.
Not only is HealthSherpa required to report suspected fraud to state and federal authorities, we also believe it is our duty to protect our customers and the people who use our services. We’ve dedicated years to earning the trust of our customers as they make important life decisions. We want to maintain that trust by continuing to protect them against fraudulent activities.

How do we do it?
- Proactive preparation: Our team works continuously by investigating any suspicious activity on applications submitted through HealthSherpa.
- Reactive responses: The team responds to claims and complaints from our members, agents, agencies, and carriers. No matter the severity of the problems, they will be sure to address your concerns as soon as they arise.
